There are a few things that I don''''t like, however. And those things make me think that the bag is overpriced. Here are the negatives: the leather spots in the rain, and the spots haven''''t gone away on mine. They aren''''t all that noticeable, but for this amount of money I expect my leather to be treated to be more weatherproof. The bag does not have an interior zipper comparment for coins. It is set up with card slots and a place for bills, but no place for coins. They fly out unless you buy a coin purse. It does not lie flush with your back, when you are wearing it as a backpack. This makes it seem to stick out just a bit and seems just a little bit awkward. These are very small complaints and overall this is a very nice bag. But when you spend this amount on a purse, we get to be picky.

I needed something functional and not bulky. It had to be able to carry multiple paper docs, books and an occasional magazine. This bag fit the bill. The feel and look of the leather on this bag is terrific, as is the construction. I love the way it is organized and I can always find whatever I want in the bag. The design is good looking and all the hardware is attractive. My only complaint is the Velcro closure between the front and rear compartments. It does not stay closed. I will need to have this bag repaired/modified in order to wear it with confidence that my cell phone and glasses won''''t fall out! I travel monthly and the Perlina backpack bag I was using wasn''''t big enough for my trips-this bag is. I just got back and am pleased to say that everything fit just fine-glasses-three pairs, keys, wallet, lipsticks, 2 small books, etc. I really like THIS bag (and I''''ve tried many!) It''''s roomy; its deep; it has a section for my phone; it has credit card slots; it even has a small leather.
